REGENX HEALTH, LLC (“Regenx Health”) practices telemedicine through this portal, for adult males only.  You provide and Regenx Health collects and uses your medical information to aid medical providers, including physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals (“Providers”), in evaluation of your health status.  These Providers may make recommendations of prescriptions and other treatments for erectile dysfunction, low testosterone and other male only maladies which then may be transmitted through the Website.  Regenx Health may utilize videoconferencing, exchange medical records, or other information via electronic transmission through this website, www.regenxhealth.com, and associated applications for other devices (together the “Website”).  Your information may be shared with Providers at Regenx Health’s discretion.  Regenx Health and Providers cannot replace your primary care physician (“PCP”) and may only be considered a supplement to your PCP.

By its nature, telemedicine consultation alone may not provide sufficient information to Regenx Health-affiliated Providers to make the most appropriate recommendations for your care.  The price of the convenience offered by telemedicine is the absence of face-to-face interactions and the collection of firsthand examinations, testing, and vital signs.  This lack could mask a potential need for emergency services or consultations in other fields.  In addition, the possibility of failure of electronic transmissions may result in delays or errors in evaluation.  The lack of clinical consultation could result in limitations of treatment options available.

Rather it provides a technology platform for you to access a health care provider affiliated with REGENX HEALTH LLC to obtain access to additional information, which you may or may not choose to utilize in planning your health care. The health resources made available through our services are not a substitute for direct in-person health care services. The decision to focus on diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or both, rests with you and the Providers.
